Reform and Strengthen Institutions

Comprehensive Civil Service Reforms (both home and foreign service). Complete overhaul of the armed and security forces with clear roles and responsibilities within a democratic set up. Setting up an effective and efficient anti-corruption Commission. Tax administration reforms at national level. Increased community safety and security.
Diversity and Inclusion For All Gambians

Develop a system of equal opportunity based on meritocracy. Empowerment of the youth, women, disabled and elderly. Disabled productivity, Independence and involvement. Promote cross culture tolerance. CSO, Press and Media freedom and participation.
Health and Social Welfare Reform

A National health sector delivery plan within a set time frame. Build a major hospital in every Region with a network of referral health centres. Equipped and well resourced. Education with Focus on Science and Technology

A new Education plan and consider merging the two Ministries. Significantly increase to education access nationally. Free education to grade 12 and scholarships awards to further Education Teachers development incentives and reward. Improved quality education to compete globally. Environmental Protection and Climate Change

Reform and empower the NEA with horizontal integration to all ministries. Facilitate the Local Authorities to ensure clean and environment Ensure robust waste management in all areas of the nation Encourage greener environment Reduce environmental degradation by reducing, reusing and recycling
Economic Development and FDI Enhancement

Sound economic policies in Agriculture, Tourism and Fisheries Development. Job creation programs particularly addressing youth unemployment. Effective and efficient Public Enterprises. Small Medium Enterprise Support. Robust Public Private Partnership contracts. Poverty alleviation strategies for all.
Local Governance, Religious and Cultural Tolerance

Devolved and decentralised. Reform of local government administration. Effective revenue collection Land reforms and regional economic development plan Christians, Muslims and Animists Support Create a functional arts and cultural Commission. Support for the central mosques and churches in towns
Diplomacy and International Engagement.

A clear independent Foreign policy based on neutrality. Strong participation in ECOWAS, AU, Common Wealth, EU and UN. Ensure Gambian Diaspora involvement in national development a reality.
Info and Tech for eGovernance and eCommerce

Data Collection Systems for all institutions . Improved communication infrastructures. Invest in technical development. Computerise collection of statistics. Ensure consumer protection in all services to the Gambians
Strategic Infrastructure for industrial Development

To enhance investment Energy provisions Roads, River and Air transport facilities Accessible public transport systems in all regions.
