The GDC is about to lunch another borehole in the outskirt of Farafenni-Kerr Sulay. Access to clean and drinkable water is a core concern to the party and we are continually embarking on such a laudable gesture for the benefit of the people. There are so many villages, and some in remote areas that are in dire need of water. The GDC stepping in to help is a gratifying welcome aid. The genuine needs of the people are gradually being addressed by the GDC in our own capacity. And the Gambia will be better off if others too, do the same.
Boreholes generate water, and water is a necessity of life. This is part of our centerpiece in fulfilling the epitome of the party’s founding purpose. Our support in many spectrums as a party is helping tremendously and yet, we are not in government. There is every sign that the GDC will deliver and act for the people when in power.
